4. Whilst every effort has been made to accurately represent jewellery sizes and dimensions, the true size of items will differ from that shown in photographs; please refer to actual dimensions stated. All threaded bead and bar sizes are approximate.

5. In the interest in maintaining a high quality product, specifications, stones and designs may change without prior notice. Whilst every effort has been made to replicate the colours of gems and stones, actual stone colour may vary slightly from that shown in photographs.

6. BCRs should only be opened using the correct tools and not twisted by hand. BCRs should be handled with ring opening pliers. MJD accepts no liability (to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law) for damage caused to BCRs by using the incorrect tools or not following the correct opening and closing procedure. If in doubt you are advised to consult a professional piercer.

7. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, we are happy to exchange or refund on receipt of the faulty product.

8. MJD are not responsible for the loss of threaded balls. Customers should be advised to check periodically that the threaded ball is screwed on tightly; otherwise there is a likelihood that the ball may work its way loose.
